• Collaborated with ceramic artists to create a variety of works and educated 120 community members on basic and advanced ceramic techniques through group workshops and 6-week class sessions.

• Created and executed a content strategy through social media, gallery exhibitions, and presentations that resulted in a 35% increase in sales over a 6-month period.

• Developed and managed a Squarespace website to promote sales and viewing as well as edit photos for ceramic portfolio using Adobe Photoshop.

• Prepared the gallery and pedestals for upcoming exhibitions in collaboration with the Curator, ensuring the a clean space and ready to receive artworks, and property installed installed pedestals, in time for the opening of the exhibitions.

• Managed kilns, glaze inventory, clay reclaim, general upkeep, and on-boarding of new technicians, resulting in a cleaner, better-organized studio and more trained staff.

• Tutored basic and advanced ceramics students for multiple collegiate classes with help from the Ceramics professor.

• Assist with curation and installation of ceramic exhibitions both on and off campus and promote these exhibitions via social media, resulting in an average of 200 visitors per exhibition.


Ceramics Instructor ART Centro, Poughkeepsie, NY October 2013 - May 2016

• Created lesson plans and taught workshops for an early nonprofit growth stages of an up-and-coming and rapidly developing ceramics studio in an urban environment, resulting in a 20% increase in revenue for the studio, and an increase in workshop offerings from 2 to 5 per month.

• Led a monthly Community Clay Day event where a variety of people learned basic techniques while maintaining a fun, vibrant atmosphere for all skill sets.

• Developed an additional Community Clay Night event due to the increase of attendance, demand, and social media advertising; event resulted in increased revenue, wider audience appeal, and more social media engagement.

• Collaborated with artists and potters to maintain firing of an Anagama wood kiln for 7 days and nights .

• Successfully fired and unloaded a three-chamber Anagama wood kiln with the help of 50 volunteers and community members.
